Get medical checkup: Persistent nausea requires a medical check up from your oncologist as well as a specialist such as a Gastroenterologist. He/she will likely recommend an upper endoscopy and or a biopsy of the stomach wall if it is thickened.....It can be a recurrence of your lymphoma.

Many diff. symptoms: Some doctors tell you that these don't need treatment but they're wrong!

It : It sounds like you need more evaluation to find out what is making you feel so ill and make sure this is not lymphoma or some other sort of cancerous growth.  If you have had enlarged nodes for over a month, i'd talk to your doctor about getting one of these biopsied, especially if you haven't had other symptoms of an infection.

Thickened wall: A thickened stomach wall seen on abdominal ultrasound is not diagnostic as it can be seen in benign conditions like chronic gastritis or in gastric cancer especially if there is marked thickening. With the finding of wall thickening I feel that an evaluation by a gastroenterologist is warranted.

Evaluation: Various reasons for this. A ventral hernia would be a top thought. It would be worth you while to see a general surgeon for an opinion and evaluation.
