hi. i am 32. i had mammgm and us of the breast. in left breast the us shows superficial thickened breast tissue and edematous.follow up in 3 month. when searched on internet everything points upto ibc? is this a sign of ibc. bi- rads3. please help?

Maybe: Or maybe not. Need much more information. Breast thickening that you feel? That a doctor's exam feels? Seen on a mammogram? All breast changes or concerns need full evaluation with a doctor ; a mammogram.

Get medical checkup: You should see your physician to examine your breast carefully. If there is any lump it should be examined with an ultrasound(mammograms can miss 10% of breast cancers) so any palpable lump/thickening requires a biopsy to make sure there is no cancer in your breast.
Your ANA level is quite high...It needs to be rechecked; if it is high on rechecking, then consult a rheumatologist to advise further.

m 33. fam history of bc. i had thickened edematous breast tissue which is clear now in sep and 4 hypoechoic nodules which are dere. i had mam n us 15 days back n have follow up aftr 6 mon.when i push my breast skin down i see dimpling. wat to do?

: I suggest that you consult abreast surgeon; probably habe a biopsy either steriotactic or by open biopsy.  I would not wait the 6 months.
