Will need antibiotic: Sounds like you have a sinus infection which will need antibiotics for treatment. Sometimes steroids can help as well with symptoms.

Dehydration: People who have trach are always at increased risk of infection and chronic inflammation. If there are other signs of infections (fever, lethargy, altered level of consciousness) seek immediate medical attention. But while you are waiting try increasing the fluid intake of your child. At age 2 they may not be able to adequately express thirst.

Not a big concern: The green color likely signifies a stagnation of mucus deep in the nasal or sinus passages. When white blood cells are in an aerobic environment (without oxygen) they can give rise to a green or yellow. mucus. Allergies, infection , and irritation from air pollution can cause the mucus.  Have you tried a saline nasal rinse? 
If not you can look up a homemade saline solution or buy one at the store

Dry mouth: Consider sucking on sugarless lemon drop to stimulate saliva. Make sure that you brush regularly since lack of saliva may lead to dental decay and gum disease.  There are also rx drugs to stimulate saliva production if the above measures failed.    If you have dry eyes also, then you may have what is called sicca syndrome.

Smoking: You are bleeding somewhere in your respiratory system and it is showing up in your mucous. Cancer risk begins to spike at 20 pack years of smoking. If you smoke one pack per day you are now at 18 pack years.  I would advise stopping smoking immediately and getting a full exam and evaluation of your lungs.

Several things maybe: I&#x27;m sure you&#x27;ve already gone or are contemplating going to your doctor for a thorough checkup because that&#x27;s what you need right now.  Certainly doesn&#x27;t sound a like a pregnancy in progress.  Why the anovulatory cycles would need to discovered by imaging and a good physical checkup.
