pulling back on the needle to check for air bubbles a white discharge fills the syringe. could this be a sterial abscess? no symptoms , just sore leg.

Depends on med: It depends on the substance / medicine in the syringe. Does it do this after you inject yourself or stick the needle in the vial? Are you injecting a hormone or other "milky-looking" medication? Or is it a clear medicine like insulin? And is your leg swollen? (from lymphedema?) I would direct you to your primary doctor or a qualified nurse and show them your technique and show them what comes back

i have a small laceration on my left lower limb on the tibia bone. it seems deep enough for stitches. strangely there is an air bubble developing around the wound under the skin ?

Laceration: If if it's deep enough for stitches, then go to a clinic or doctor that can repair it. Don't really know what an "air bubble" is but more importantly, it needs to be repaired.

Blister?: Sounds like it could be a blister, which can be from infection or irritation. Watch closely for worsening symptoms like redness, other blisters, or discharge. Keep it covered and clean.

Benign problem: This sounds like either muscle fasciculations (twitches) which you usually can feel when palpated, or a circulatory anomaly (varicose veins or a rare condition a-v fistula, an abnormal connection between veins and arteries).  See a doctor if it persists.

i think i got bit by a bug or something. there was a small blackish bump on my leg but now its a big clear bubble probably with pus. what should i do?

Clean the: area with plenty of warm water and a mild skin soap. Apply moist heat.  As long as you are certain this is not a tick bite (with the insect still attached) this should be anough. Any FEVER, RASH, or red streaking up the leg  requires an in person visit to a Health Care Provider.

Varicose vein: you may have a small varicose vein. look up an image online and compare. these are small bulges when your superficial leg vein becomes dilated and stays like that forever. they are not dangerous. you can upload a photo of your leg and i would be happy to look at it further. good luck!

Could be: An irritated nerve. I have never heard of anything quite described this way. I would visit the doctor for an evaluation so a complete history and physical examination could be done.

I recommend : You see a podiatrist or dermatologist. Without seeing this could be anything from an ingrown toenail to a ganglion.....A picture would help....
