No: If small bruise (subconjunctival hemorrhage) is not causing any symptoms other than its presence, i would not worry about it. It should completely resolve after 7 to 14 days. Again it should not cause any untoward symptoms.

Unlikely: Try to calm down. Likely your fear is driven by heightened anxiety, which can also increase blood pressure. There is no proven connection between OCD/panic disorder and red spots on the eyeball. If red spot returns, see your pcp or ophthalmologist. Pingueculum: The most common spot seen on the eye is a whitish to yellowish spot on the nasal or temporal side of the cornea - a normal structure termed a pingueculum.  It is highlighted if the eye gets red.  It is benign and not a problem..  If the eye is persistently red, or the vision is down, or the eye hurts, see your ophthalmologist for evaluation.

It is common.: The most common "grey spots" on the white of the eye are called pingueculae. These grey spots generally are nasal or temporal and are caused by "actinic degeneration"-- changes from being outdoors in the wind and sun. They can become inflamed and can grow onto the clear cornea and become pterygium, which could impact vision and require removal if they get close to the center of the cornea.

Go to your doctor: This is probably a posterior vitreous detachment.  The gel inside your eyes, vitreous, has partially liquefied & is pulling away from the retina which lines the back of your eye & is a normal with aging.  This causes floaters. The only concern is if it begins to pull on the retina & tears it.  Retinal tears can lead to retinal detachment & blindness. Go to your doctor to be sure.
