Is it really a vein?: There are lymph nodes ("glands") behind the ears that can get inflamed from certain infections. An inflamed vein in that spot would be very unusual. Have it examined by a doctor.

i think i damaged a vein in my face between my chin and the bottom of my ear. the place where the vein is and my neck hurts now. ?

Need examination: I don't know of a vein that goes from your chin to the bottom of your ear.  If you think you've done damage, you must be examined by a dentist, physician, oral surgeon or ear/nose/throat specialist.  Please seek help now.

Infection?: Redness and tenderness often indicate an infection in the skin.  If it continues you should see a doctor about getting antibiotics.

under my tongue the veins feel full or enlarged and it is becoming very uncomfortable. running up behind my ear and down my neck seems to be where pai?

Clogged gland?: Based on description of the problem and your age, you could very well have a clogged duct from either your submandibular or sublingual salivary gland. The back up of pressure would be painful and could travel as you have described. I suggest you see an oral surgeon ASAP for a definitive diagnosis.

i have a vein by my temple that is sticking out.  my ear  blocked alittle.  history migraine,high bp 140/80, anxiety, allergies.  should i be worried?

With this collection: of symptoms and problems it would be a good idea to have a thorough evaluation by a health care provider and to have your BP treated. I do not think you should be worried but you should be appropriately concerned about your health. The enlarged vein could be a sign of a number of different things. Don't wait to be evaluated.

i'm having pain in my neck on the left side in a straight line from under my callar bone up to almost my ear by my vein. i'm 25 and i have blood work to show there is no clot but i'm worried its thoracic outlet syndrome all i do is lay in my bed ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described does not suggest thoracic outlet syndrome but it is practical to suggest a diagnosis.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Probable lymph node: I'm not sure exactly where the inflammation is on your head but if it is above and/or behind the ear then the bump behind the ear is probably a lymph node enlarged because it is involved or affected area will drain toward it.  Try warm compresses but if continues for more than a few days then may need antibiotics.

the back of my head got hit very hard and i had a good size knot down low at the base of my skull behind my ear, it hurts pretty bad and not sure?

Get checked: If you were hit that hard that it reasied a lump got to the ER NOW and get examined and checked with CT scan if necessary.
