Cause?: Is there a rash? This could be from reaction to material in shoe, from sweating and warmth of she. Immediately cold milk preseason a paper towel for 5 minuteswil, relieve itching along with Hydrocortisone cream. If it persists the shoes need to be checked to see if you are allergic to lining.

Fungus or eczema: You probably have s fungal infection on the plantar aspect of your feet.  The fungal infection causes itching, probably more so at night because you are aware of it, since you are barefoot in bed and have more access to your feet.  It could also be a contact allergy to a certain pair of shoes or something you have applied to your feet. Your best bet is to try an overt the counter anti fungal cream.

Many possibilities.: This could be many things.  Eczema, fungal skin infection,  dermatitis.  You should see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

So what did the : Doc think it was? If you have it that long and it doesn't respond to therapy, a biopsy is in oreer to have a definitive diagnosis.

Fluid filled lesions: May be eczema vs. fungal ( usually not fluid filled)  could  try over the counter steroids and antifungal  cream  F/u/ w/ podiatry/ dermatology

: If the skin is normal (no redness, no rash or scaly or crack, etc.), you can try lidocaine 4% cream or ointment as needed for controlling itching for a day or two. If the skin does not look normal, you should see a doctor, a dermatologist is preferred, but you can still use lidocaine cream +/- allegra (OTC) for itching in the meantime.

Not enough info, but: Not enough info, but try getting otc Claritin and take two generic zantac (ranitidine) per daay.  The itching should subside! but you will still need a diagnosis!

Many possibilities: Itching to the bottoms of the feet can be due to many causes, including infection or allergies. Best to see your doctor to determine the exact cause before implementing a treatment plan.

Rash: Rashes are best diagnosed when a doctor can see them, diagnose the issue and provide directed therapy. With that being said, it could simply be dry skin or athletes foot or atopic dermatitis or ? What have you used on the rash?
