Family practice : Make sure you don't have mononucleosis or hepatitis. These are caused by viruses which give you those symptoms.

Fitz-Hugh-Curtis: There is a syndrome called Fitz-Hugh-Curtis of inflammation in the abdomen that can include the appendix and lining of the liver. It is caused by chlamydia and gonorrhea usually. However, the liver enzymes are usu. normal or slightly elevated. If you have high elevation of liver enzymes over 2 x's normal, hepatitis is more likely.

Hard to say: There are many enzyme studies that will read high id adult standards are used but just reflect normal in kids. If truly up, they can go there during many simple childhood viral illnesses, including mono, many tire during illness. If you have concerns discuss with your doc. Mono tests can be negative in the early months of true mono and may never turn positive,but an EB viral study might confirm it

IRON DEF ANEMIA: You have 2 conditions, anemia due to iron def   most likely due to heavy menses. Elevated liver enzymes  may be due to hepatitis. Both conditions linked  may be due to some hemoglobinopathy  such as  thallassemia in addition . Suggest start oral iron and  check  for hepatitis b and c and hemoglobin electrophoresis

No: Elevated liver enzymes means your liver is undergoing damage.  That doesn't usually cause fatigue although the underlying condition causing the damage may also cause your fatigue.  For example some kind of hepatitis, too much alcohol, etc.  You should discuss this with your doctor, and if not already done get tested for viral hepatitis, esp. Hepatitis c.

How long?: How long have your platelets been elevated?  Any lymph nodes felt?  Is your white blood count elevated?  A lot of missing information.  Any night sweats?  Given your age, certain things can be ruled out but would consider doing a bone marrow biopsy.  Why did you have a liver biopsy if spleen big?  Was there a concern for cirrhosis?  Need more information.  I wish i could help more.
