whenever i train, i lose all feeling in my forearms and hands. my physio diagnosed me with compartment syndrome. is this permanent or fixable ?

carpel tunnel: You may have condition called carpel tunnel syndrome which can be easily diagnosed by nerve conduction study and be treated by simple surgery. See a neurologist, neurosurgeon or orthopedics.

Neither: With extended use muscles tend to swell normally.  Muscles are contained in and surrounded by connective tissue sheaths that are naturally restricting.  The tightness is normal, not pathologic, as bleeding into a  rigid compartment that causes a Compartment Syndrome.  Your swelling is normal after the activity and is considered "physiologic." Remember to "cool down" after exercise. That helps.

it is literally all the muscles and the tendons and ligaments.

i cant do much and the muscles fatigue nearly immediately if i use my arms for anything.

? Inserts: Try custom made orthotics if you have done so. O not kno what stability shoes r. Orthotics and a good comfy running shoe would b best.

DVT: Could be many things, but you need to have an ultrasound of your leg to rule out deep vein thrombosis. These can break off and go to the lungs and be life threatening.

Probably not: Compartment syndrome usually occurs the first several days after an injury due to swelling.  The other symptoms are severe pain, numbness, paralysis and loss of circulation. You should be evaluated by an orthopedist.

Soon: True compartment syndrome is not too common. If it occurs it can develop over a few hours, often as a result of severe trauma or injury. Symptoms of pain, numbness, and reduced motor function of the extremity can sometimes be a later sign of advanced or prolonged compartment syndrome.
