Light headedness and numbness in the hands and feet suggests a different cause. Is your diet rich enough in iron to make red blood cells or are you anemic? Consider a vit with iron or iron tablets. Do you have enough fluids: dehydrated?Fluids and salts help

Maybe: A large number of medications were developed from a natural  source, usually with certain modifications to magnify its potency , duration  and easy of administration.  It will require a very large amount of certain natural  component to cause a significant bleeding or if is taken with a medication that increases this side effect.
In people with bleeding disorders may increase risk of bleeding

Allergic reaction: You maybe allergic to one of these non- prescriptions since it occurs right after you ingest them. Unless you have a family history of heart disease  at an early age less than 45 or you have risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes or high cholesterol there is  no need to take these supplement at 23 years old.  I would recommend it if you were over 45 and had those risk factors.

All will help : For better  will not cause excessive bleeding , except  'couple of beers' ( what time interval every hr , every day or every month ? ) . Moderate consumption of alcohol may have health benefits , don't  have to consume for so called this 'health benefit ' , if you can avoid , avoid it totally.

Yes: The combination of aspirin and EFA-fish oil has been used with good effect especially for those with DM as they may be less sensitivt to aspirin's platelet effect and the combination is much more effective

i have taken 81 mg aspirin for 8 years for blood clot prevention for brain avm. but i'm on lithium and a doctor said switch to fish oil to improve kidney function. he said fish oil is preferred treatment. can i switch? what's best dosage of fish oil?

I would not: Aspirin is an antiplatelet agent and for many of us is the treatment for blood clot prevention with your condition, As long as there’s no content Acacian to taking the aspirin.

Neither do: Fish oil does prolong bleeding time but not significantly, unless used in high doses usually combined with other anticoagulants like aspirin. Carrot juice, a good source of beta carotene, insignificantly affects bleeding time. Now, your broken eye vessels would not be expected to heal faster with the above, but may slightly increase bruising occurrence, particularly with subconjunctival hemorrhage

i have high blood pressure and on htc exforge (amlodipine and valsartan) medication. is it safe to take coq10 and.fish oil? it has warning label if taken with a blood thinner?
