are left ventricular outflow tract pvcs more dangerous that right ventricular outflow tract pvcs? all the research that i have done intricates that pvc from the left are more dangerous.

PVC's: It is not so much the PVC's are dangerous, but what is causing them.  Right ventricle is lower pressure system and there is less stress on the system and the problems associated with right ventricle are typically from lung hypertension which is more of a fixed and controllable problem. Left ventricle higher pressures and more problems to go wrong so more stress and more likely bad PVC's

there may be a reduplication anomaly in the left upper urinary tract. what would this mean exactly? our paed could not explain

Accepted Answer

normal variant: A standard urinary tract has 1 collecting system and 1 ureter per kidney.  Some systems may have 2 collecting systems and 2 complete ureters per kidney (complete duplication) or 2 upper ureters connecting to 1 ureter per kidney (a partial duplication).  These are normal variants but can be associated with urinary reflux or obstruction, which can, in turn, be associated with utis.

could endometriosis on the left ovary could it cause pain by growing on to the gi tract?

Yes: Endometriosis can spread.  If you have had it on an ovary, it can spread to the surface of the intestines.  Fortunately it doesn't always do this.  Best wishes!

how likely would an open, accidentally swallowed office sized staple be to cause any damage to gi tract?

Accepted Answer

Go to Emergency Rm: There's no way to know what that staple is going to do, but it needs to be followed. You should go to the er or your doctor for an evaluation. They will likely want to follow it with an x-ray.  If you did this, keep the staples out of your mouth. If it's somebody else, like a child, there's no telling how many times they've done it before so there may be quite a few more staples in there already.

Accepted Answer

Infection can spread: If a documented UTI with a positive culture is left untreated than following complication can occur
1 the infection can travel upwards to ureter and kidneys to cause pyelonephritis
2 the infection can spread in the blood stream and cause urosepsis which may require hospitalisation
3 pregnant women with UTI if not treated can risk early labour and premature birth.

why do i have pain on my left side stomach when i can't relieve gas while i still have gi tract virus?

I think the: Reason is cramping from the virus, maybe aided by a muscle strain from pushing; try to stay hydrated, consider immiodium, go in if not improving or getting worse but usually these issues self limited.

i had a urinary tract infection last week. i was treated with fixeme 5d i still have a sharp pain on my left side where my kidney is. do i still have?

: Fixeme is not familiar to me. If the pain persists it is best to see a Urologist who might check for causes like stone etc. In the meantime drink plenty of water and use a heating pad to the area of pain. Hope you feel better.

i had perianal absces while ago, after i went through mri it said i had 8cm perianal sinus tract the dc who exminated me said there is no interal opening and the mri result is right, my last mri said it is only 1,2 cm now, can it heal by it self?

: The only one who can give you good answer is your GI Dr. Discuss with them.  Yes some can heal.

Can't answer this: Asif, you really need to see a physician and get an exam to have this properly diagnosed. Only if it resolves with gas passage, then you might just have constipation.  Eat bran, drink lots of water.  Good luck!
