Smoky Skin Odor: Are you taking any vitamins or supplements. For example fish oil can cause a fishy smell; garlic supplements smell like, well, garlic. Some foods, such a s asparagus, can cause a lingering odor in the urine. Review your diet and any pills you take with your doctor to get to the root of the problem.

Hot flashes: At your age is not very unusual. I don't think you should be too alarmed but i would suggest that you see an endocrinologist to look into your thyroid and ovarian functions. Low estrogen and thyroid hormones can trigger such symptom but so does anxiety and stress. Hope this helps.

In order to counteract this we need proper nutrition filled with fruits and veggies that are power packed with antioxidants. Our GI tract is merely a reflection of our skin as our mouth and rectum is connected to our skin...If we treat our inside right our skin is healthy.
