Wait a little longer: OIt depends on the diet pills but usually the symptoms should get better within 1-2 weeks of being off the pills.  There have been some reports of heart valve problems caused by certain prescription diet pills like Fen-Fen. if the symptoms persist after one month then they need to see their doctor

Well....: since the chemicals in them are very similar to ritalin (methylphenidate) and other ADHD medications.... not generally all that bad. BUT needs to be controlled and regulated to watch for 1) inappropriate weight 2) addiction 3) growth stunting those happen. Cardiovascular and blood pressure effects which the drugs do, don't happen in young people except really really rarely.

Real: This is a very pricey mix of things; psyllium will bulk your stools and senna is a laxative. Claims for acai haven't stood up to examination and i doubt that mango is a real appetite suppressant. But the first two will make your gut feel different and give you the idea you've eaten something magic -- the principle of the "active placebo." it's your money.

How old are you?: Is your bmi 30 or above and if you've been unsuccessful with diet and exercise alone, it would be reasonable to add appetite suppressants to a physician supervised program of proper nutrition and adequate exercise.  It also depends on other health conditions you have and medications you may be on.  Side effects include increased heart rate, insomnia, dry mouth, constipation.  Talk to your doctor!

: We previously answered your question. Diet pill (either herbal product or western medicine) is not recommended for a 15 year old kid. Low calories diet, i.e. less carbohydrate and fatty foods, and daily exercise are the mainstay of treatment. It should be done with patience, losing weight slowly but steadily and it can be done.
