It shouldn't ...: It shouldn't ... But ... Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs).  As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true). Also, since no third party testing of their product is required - the ingredients listed don't even have to match what is in the bottle.  Wish I had a better answer ... Good luck!

Cut back on CLA: Your anxiety is related to the CLA. You should reduce the dose by a half. If the anxiety continues, then stop CLA.

i'm a 30 y/o man.  i've been on lexapro10mg for 1 month (for anxiety disorder). while taking this drug, is there any problem if i want to have a baby?

No problem: Lexapro (escitalopram) has no known effect on mail fertility, however may reduce libido, sexual performance in some  people.

Typically stable: Meningiomas are typically very slowly growing benign tumors.  While uncommon symptomatically, some studies show up to 2-3% of the population may have meningiomas but do not know it.  In general, there have been no specific associations made with stress.  There are genetic disorders that do have meningiomas as part of the syndrome (eg neurofibromatosis, which may be associated with multiple ones).

Speak...: ...To a psychiatrist. He/she can help you find out the exact nature of your anxiety (there are different kinds) and the likely causes. There are uncommon medical causes as well which should be ruled out. There are many different non-medication treatments for anxiety that he/she will recommend--depending on the whats and whys of your situation.

Marijuana: When you have untoward reactions to a drug, its a good idea to avoid the drug. The simple response is stay away from weed. As far as your panic attacks, if they happen in other situations get professional help for your panic disorder.

See below: Current stressors like your surgery, impaired sleep due to pain, possible reduced workload or other changes in your life can bring on anxiety. You may also have had a preexisting anxiety condition that has broken through with tolerance to the opioid med. You may try other tx like cognitive behavioral therapy, exercise, stretch or manual tx: chiropractic care. Check w/ your Dr. about the symptoms.

Therapy/meds: In addition to meds, get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what anxiety means to YOU. Anxiety means different things to different people. Meds and therapy are the most optimal combination.

Yes. Manage anxiety: By learning relaxation skills & learning to modify the thoughts, perceptions & beliefs that trigger your anxiety. Learning to calm your body & your mind is the key. You can learn these skills on your own, but having a mental health professional "coach" you is quicker & more effective. Biofeedback helps learn relaxation skills (www.Bcia.Org & www.Aapb.Org). Entrenched anxiety may require meds.
