Frozen dinners: With frozen dinners, the biggest problems are too much sodium, sugar, and fat in them.  Center for science in the public interest publishes a good monthly newsletter covering issues like this. Not so bad: If you mean like frozen vegetables-good idea, always in the house, don't wilt, go bad; plenty enough nutrition; much better than not eating it. If you mean like frozen entrees, less good; most are over salted, over fat, or not so tasty. Better to make your own in big enough portions and then freeze the extra for another meal or 2.

No, but close: Just froze a bunch of my cherries, and am looking forward to their taste and nutrition.  Fresh food is higher in nutritional value, but if you freeze food while it's fresh, the values will be very close on most nutrients!

Varies on severity: Of compromise of the blood supply. Individuals with vaso-occlusive disease such as diabetes may be prone to more extensive disease and complications.  However brief contact is unlikely to cause  frostbite.

Mostly no: Most germs survive freezing nicely and are activated when the food warms up.  This is way cooking to higher temperatures is recommended.

Confusing question: Some foods (ice cream, popsicles) are designed to eat directly from the frozen state. Some (soup) would never be offered frozen but might be ok cold. Microwave: Don't heat plastic containers in the oven as they can melt ruining the food and creating a fire risk. Most containers are microwave safe, but check the label.
