DRY SKIN FEET & HAND: Try them all. Eucerin, neutrogena, aveeno, (oatmeal) cerave, curel, and a dozen other companies make them there is no best. Everyone is different. What's good for you may not be good for your friends. Good luck!

very dry cracked hands, what is the best treatment for this. i have heard some chemicals in hand cream can cause cancer?

Hydrate: do not overwash your hands
avoid hot water use warm water then dry
avoid alcohol and perfumed soap
soaps like dove will not dry your skin
avoid putting perfume and alcohols in your hands
moisturize with quality moisturizers

Important: It sounds like you need a tetanus shot, if its been 10 yrs or more since your last one.
The best otc cream is Hydrocortisone for inflammation.

Most don't work!: Most topical antifungals have a low success rate.  The success depends on several factors such as severity of infection, compliance with medicine and the infection's susceptibility to the medicine. If the infection is severe or topical is not successful then an oral medication may be needed. Oral medication is usually much more successful. I like to use oral lamisil (terbinafine). Talk to your foot specialist.

i think a an eczema break out on my hands. i have small blisters between my fingers. i'm currently using a neutral soap and dermalex, cortisone creams did not help clear up the rash. what would be the best treatment?

Moisturizer: Apply a moisturizer several times daily. The moisturizer should contain no fragrance. A thin layer of an antibiotic ointment may be used three time daily.  Use gloves while cleaning and please follow up with your PCP.

Yes: If the cuticle cream is simply very concentrated emollient, then it can be used on the hands as well.  A few cuticle creams contain an alkaline component designed to soften and remove the cuticles and usually have directions to wash it off within five minutes.  These should not be used on the hands.

Cerave: Cerave, neutrogena norwegian hand creme are non - greasy hand creams that could be useful. You must also avoid irritating chemicals by wearing gloves during wet work. Allergy patch testing may reveal chemicals that you should avoid. This test is done by a dermatologist in 2office visits 2-3 days apart.

May help: with less frequent hand washing,use of emolient lotion, examples include lachydrin (lactic acid) lotion,aquafor ointment and eucerine and consider f/u with dermatologist

Nothing to remove : Them but cocoa butter helps reduce their size and severity.
