Neutragen: There are many out on the market.  I make my own that is mixed with a little glycolic acid too.  However, as far as the market goes, i like neutragena's with the great fruit sense.

You probably: don't need the Salycilic acid unless you have a lot of "flaking" (It removes dead skin)

Calamine & Sal Acid: The combination of both topical medications can cause increased dryness or irritation. I would not recommend it.

2% SA over 2% HQ: You should apply the salicylic acid lotion first and let it absorb for two minutes, then apply the hydroquinone cream. Follow with an antioxidant sunscreen in the daytime.

Clindamycin: I would let the antibiiotic enter the skin first before putting on an antiinflammatory if you need them both

If it's going to: work, you should see some results within 2-4 weeks. (not necessarily gone) Speak to your dermatologist if it's not improving.

See below.: Putting too much lotion on top of the areas you are treating with OxyPads will negate some of the drying effect that you are supposed to have with the salicylic acid. I would recommend just using the lotion sparingly on areas that have become dry. If the medicated pads are very drying and aren't helping your acne, please talk to your doctor about an alternative treatment.

i get one spot after another one heals, like whack a mole. my skin never seems to be free of spots. i use bha salicylic acid 2% lotion daily & wash my face with fragrance free soap (cerave). also use retinol on cheeks where spots are frequent?

Possibly: That is a good start, cleaning up your diet and gut  would be good also, remove junk from diet, increase water intake , consider adding probiotics.
