As long as no caffei: This drink with vitamins and calcium you listed is not bad for you as long as it does not contain any caffeine.Some of these so called energy drinks do contain caffeine and that can cause problems in some people.

: The so called energy drinks are a scam. These do not increase your energy. The drink is not likely to affect your TSH, but will lighten your wallet.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Caffeine caution: From what I found, there is 120 mg of caffeine in an 8 oz. Spark energy drink, which is similar to amount in 8 oz of coffee. Too much caffeine can increase heart rate, raise blood pressure, anxiety and cause insomnia. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has similar side effects. Monitor your caffeine content especially while taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Why: If you mean at the same time they defeat the purpose of each other. Red Bull and other energy drinks have caffeine which is a stimulant. They also have many other chemicals and are definitely not healthy. Lunesta (eszopiclone) and ambien are both sleeping medicstions

Not good: I have to admit I have used them occasionally, but I don't recommend them. Some are better than others, but they all have a lot of things in them that aren't very good for you and there is no quality control to guarantee they have exactly what it says on the label. Many of them have extremely high levels of caffeine.

Not directly: But all so-called "energy" drinks are just heavily laced with caffeine, which is a stimulant. It can be a problem if you're thyroid is overactive. Get yours diagnosed properly and treated successfully, if necessary.

In general, it is: Recommended that women who have significant pms or symptoms during their period - avoid caffeiene. If you don't have menstrual or pre-menstrual difficulties and need this to stay awake - then i would limit to moderate use at most.

Caffeine: The effect is mostly from caffeine.  Have you had caffeine?  IF so then you know what the effect will be.  The amount of caffeine is equal to one cup of coffee.

Caffeine &amp; sugar: An 8 oz. can of Red Bull energy drink has 27 grams of sugar and 80 mg of caffeine and traces of B vitamins. Diabetics should avoid. This liquid sugar load causes a spike and then crash in blood sugar. It's not healthy any day of the week.
