If diet is exactly the same, honestly nothing has changed, then causes could relate to water retention.However, i encourage you to get a free app like lose it or myfitnesspal and record everything that crosses your lips.This will help you assess your overall caloric intake and expenditure. You : You need to see your doctor right away. This could be the beginning of neurogenic syncope. You should also take  look at all the meds you are taking as this might contribute. Make sure you take plenty of fluids and keep your volume status up. Please see your doctor asap.

Hard to generalize: Without knowing your health and fitness level, it's hard to say. There have been several studies that show that walking 10, 000 steps a day can be very beneficial (which is probably 4-5 miles for the whole day, including steps you routinely take around the house and work). But someone who is fairly sedentary might have to work up to this and someone in great shape might find this to be too easy.

Hard to say: Most kids pull to stand by 9-12 mo, Walks well by 12-15 mo &amp; runs without falling by 2. The chin lacerations  I stitch up due to falls routinely occur between 1&amp; 3. Not falling is both an  of ability to balance &amp; the ability to focus on the situation. Falls often occur when a kid is distracted.

diet= 20%
Eat: fresh: meat, fish, poultry,fruit and vegetables with lots of cereals and grains, Drink 8-10 glasses of water/day.
I recommend burst high/low interval aerobics plus free weights. I f you don't have access to a gym check out cable/dvd Gilad total Body Sculpt/Plus. Hint: post a photo of yourself naked or in a underwear on your mirror and check it AM/PM. Walking alone-no.

: Walking 20-30 minutes 3-4/ week is an excellent exercise for maintaining health and fitness.  If you have scoliosis, inaction or immobility could well create aching and stiffness.  If you can tolerate "long distance walking" or hiking, not a bad choice.  Swimming might be an alternative low impact approach.
