Risks: I would expect strict infection control standards where massage therapists are working. However, I think when dealing with sex workers, sanitation may be questionable.  Although there is likely limited risk if potentially contaminated fabric is used, can't say no risk. Scabies ,pubic lice &amp;  molluscum contagiosum may be spread via cloth.

It can also help relieve the tension and pressure on the muscles that all interact together from head to toe. Massage is often great to relieve musculoskeletal pain without medication

ACDF: Once may patients are healed, (usually 3 months), for the soft tissues I allow my patients to have deep tissue massage

Weekly massage: is ok as long as there are  no contraindications such as disk problems, bruising, etc.  Please check w/doc to make sure health is good for it.  Circulation of lympathic fluid is a major benefit, greater than deep tissue in my opinion.  Psychological relaxation is another benefit.  Peace and good health.

Not a problem: By nine days , healing is sufficient that ordinary, deep tissue massage should not affect the cataract surgery.
