Absolutely: I know it does look funny. But it is absolutely normal. It has to do with the cord they are attached to that has a muscle in it that contracts and relaxes. Don't worry, you're just fine!

Orchialgia: Orchialgia or testicle pain has many causes including infection, trauma (injury) &amp; ischemia (loss of blood flow). Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/testicle-pain/basics/definition/sym-20050942 for starters. Then ask your parents or guardian to take you to see your Family Doc who may refer you to a Urologist if s/he is suspicious for torsion. Don't wait to see if pain will go away.

Cold weather!": Variation in the external temperature like cold or heat and emotional state makes the testicles move. Testicles move closer to the body in colder temperature and hangs lower in warmer temperature.

: It is normal for the testes to move up if he is cold or frightened.  It is easiest to have him lie down while he is comfortable and feel if they are in the scrotum or in the inguinal canal (the passage up towards his belly).  It would be best to have his doctor check him at his next appointment just to make sure that all is well.

Also should I s ANS: suspect you are feeling your vas defferens. Google for images. Bumps in testicles should always be checked with your Dr.Caught early cancer of testis is curable.

Testicular deformity: Failure of normal posterior anchoring leaves the testis free to swing and rotate within the scrotum like the gong (clapper) inside of a bell. It is fairly common. Twisting of the testis on the axis of the spermatic cord is called spermatic cord torsion and is usually painful and can result in loss of the testicle. Your self exam is unreliable, so discuss with your doctor who may get ultrasound
