Scrotal Pain: This is most likely some scarring in the tubing in the left scrotum.  The next diagnostic step would be an ultra sound of the scrotal sac to make sure all of the anatomy is correct.

firm bump found to the right of the tail of epididymis. right tesitcle.
can vary in size (2mm-5mm). sometimes can't find it (disappears).
can be shifted around from side of the tail to the tip if testicle is massaged firmly.
no other symtoms?

Epididymal cyst: Your epididymal cyst is quite benign. Do not worry about it. Scrotal/testicular self examination should be performed by every adult male, keep it up. Epididymal cysts only require surgery if they cause significant discomfort.

Male Anatomy: Nothing in your question describes anything that would be a sexually transmitted disease. I would recommend a visit with your family doctor to diagnose what the spots on your skin are and if the pressure you are feeling is from a hernia.

a firm bump at the very bottom peak of my right testicle, slightly smaller than a pea, close to what feels like a fleshy tube.

if i massage it, it goes away. 
it only appeared after long abstinence.

Safe, not malignant: Likely a minor tubular abnormality of tail of epididymis. Similar to an epididymal cyst only it empties when "massaged". Tumors of the testis and/or scrotal contents are hard and do not go away when massaged.

both testicles have ache/pain when touched or massaged. been bothering me for 2 weeks, had ultrasound done, no cancer but it still hurts. any ideas?

See a urologist: You may be having an orchiepidydimitis (infection/inflammation of the testis and its appendage)

Rub and tug dangers: Unlikely  -  In theory she should be washing her hands between clients (at the very least).  Unless she had any types of sores  on her hands  - you probably are safe.    next time - insist that she wash her hands or use some sort of alcohol based hand sanitizer -    Good luck

had my infected testicle removed at 14. im curious as to what exactly happened in the surgery, as it was removed from lower abdomen. is there a video?

Unlikely  to have: video  taped  best way is request the copy of hospital chart . Most likely surgery  you had is due to testicle torsion .One is enough for all purposes including for fertility , you can have silicone testicle inserted to to the scrotum to match other if you are uncomfortable

i had varicoecele e mobilization done in june and i still get discomfort and occasional pain still in my  left testicle, is that normal?

Not uncommon: Assuming your post-op exam by your surgeon is otherwise unremarkable, it is not uncommon to have a variable and often intermittent discomfort in the same side testicular region for at least several months and on occasion longer for a number of reasons.

ive had a pain in my right testicle for 3 days now. it never goes away but sometimes its worse and sometimes its not as bad. also my testicle is a little higher than the other. can it be torsion or no ? should i go to the e. r. ?

: It does not sound like a torsion. You need to see a Urologist for proper assessment ASAP. In the meantime wear a good scrotal  support. In many people the left testicle is lower normally . To the ER  if the pain is bad. Hope you feel better

Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc. Since one usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisted, an exam by a clinic or ER doctor is needed.
