Epididymitis: Looking online, I find "becosules" is a multivitamin. It won't have any effect on epididymitis and cannot prevent testicular damage from epididimytis or anything else. If you think you have it, see a doctor aSAP for proper evaluation, diagnosis and perhaps treatment.

a few days ago i got lightly hit on my left testicle while naked. i don't feel any pain, but should i still go to a doctor to see if i damaged anything. could i look at myself to see if anything is wrong. how do i know if my testicle is damaged?

It happens, man: Prolonged abstinence and/or prolonged sexual arousal will result in a large amount of fluid in your seminal vesicles, and this probably is pushing on the genitofemoral nerve, producing the referred pain to the testes. It can really hurt bad, but it won't damage the structures, though it may make you unable to function. You owe it to yourself to have an ejaculation by any means. Best wishes.

Maybe, maybe not.: An ultrasound can show some problems but not all.  Ask your doc how to be sure that you have no permanent damage.  One testicle is enough though, even if the other is damaged.  But be sure the infection is gone so it does not spread to another. If you got this from a sexually transmitted disease, you, of course, know, that you should now always use protection, so you don't risk further infections.

Testis pain = see Dr: Testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because a testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc. Since one usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisted, an exam by a clinic or ER doctor is needed.

yes: A small difference in testicle size is normal. A varicocele or prior trauma may result in a larger difference in testicular size.  A mass in a testicle may also make one testicle larger than the other.  If this last scenario is the case, you should visit with your doctor.
