Increased pressure: It shouldn't hurt.  When you have a bowel movement, it causes pressure in the abdomen and pelvis to evacuate the stool.  This pressure can be transmitted to your testicle and be sensed as pain.  It's worth getting a testicular exam to make sure nothing else is going on.

i woke up today at 6am as i have woke up with right hip dull ache its really painful and i don't have a appetite and i also have the feeling that i need to have a bowel movement but can't also my testicle are sore and it hurts to walk what to do?

Probably: Sperm oozes out slowly and a full bowel movement should clear the rectum and anal canal fully. Sperm survives for 3-5 days in the vaginal area, but I don't know how long it would be viable in the anorectal canal and I strongly doubt that potential impregnation would be an issue. Your gynecologist may be more knowledgeable in this regard.

Uterus no,vagina yes: Any sperm/semen that is inside the uterus stays, but any residual semen in the vagina may leak out.

Mucus with stool: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, ; even from secretory villous tumors of the rectum. At the very least stool studies ; probably a sigmoidoscopy should be considered, but a more extensive evaluation may be warranted.

Anal itching: You may be dealing with an anal fissure but pain,tenderness and pus discharge would indicate a possible fistula or abscess which are more serious. To relieve anal itching, after gentle wiping,apply warm compresses, pat dry and apply a corticosteroid ointment or cream.. See a proctologist if not improved.

Unsure: I would recommend you discuss this with your physician.  Penile discharge with wiping your bottom may be related to your prostate, but may be related to other issues as well.  A thorough history and physical exam, as well as any tests if necessary, are needed to help answer your question.

Mucous: Although this may be rectal mucous, you should be aware that any type of anal intercourse can theorectically cause an infection. I advise a anal/rectal exam.
