i have had this vaginal burning for months now. i got a urine test, std test and a culture test everything negative what could this be?

It can be difficult to treat, also called painful bladder syndrome — it is a chronic condition in which you experience bladder pressure, bladder pain and sometimes pelvic pain, ranging from mild discomfort to severe pain. See your doctor, part of treatment is avoidance of certain acidic foods in your diet.

i have herpes1 i went to lab to test std but everything was negative only the thing called hsv1 is 3.16 which is positive . the lady from lab told me that i was fine maximum population on america has this thing called hsv is it true? am i ok ? what i need

Herpes : Herpes simplex virus has 2 types.  
Hsv type 1 is usually associated with coldsores about your mouth and is very common.  This virus is activated by illness, stress, sunlight.   
Hsv type 2 is genital herpes and is sexually transmitted.
In your situation with an elevated hsv type 1 titer, you have had coldsores in the past, not genital herpes.  You will be fine. Please try not to worry.  Best wishes.

burning in perineum not feeling like bladder all way empty. all test stds stis are negative urinalysis negative.blood work good creatine was 1.44 on 10-12-2022.appointment months out. what could be the possible issue? cancers maybe?im worried?

: The sx you described likely has nothing to do with a possibly abnormal kidney function. If I know your BSA by weight and height +/- your race, I can tell if renal function is impaired or not. The fact that urinalysis was negative is a good news. You will likely need a CT of the abdomen and pelvis to see any relationship between kidneys &amp; pelvic symptoms and your PMD can order that during waiting.

Vaginal irritation: Certain soaps and preservatives can cause recurrent irritations. Be careful of soaps or feminine products with propylene glycol especially.

Chlamydia: If your friend has chlamydia and is also your sexual partner, then I would suggest you be tested or treated for possible chlamydia infection, too.  It sounds like your friend has positive antibodies to HSV 1 and 2, though depends on the normal range of that lab.  This indicates a past exposure to these viruses.  Even without symptoms it is possible to shed and transmit virus.

had unprotected sex 35 days ago with a girl (unknown status but i do remember her saying she'd been tested. had a 4th gen blood from vein test/std panel on day 24 or 25. was all negative. how accurate is that? can i breath some sigh of relief re.hiv?

: If you believe the girl then you are OK. But why would she have been tested unless she has other exposures?. Unprotected sex with not well known partners is always risky. Get tested if worried.

Not specifically: If you have acquired an oral STD,some may trigger antibody formation that is detectable in the blood. However, this would not tell where the STD entered the body. The urine would not provide any information beyond an STD acquired through the genitals. Oral STD's are verified by sampling /examining the oral cavity.

: No and no, a swab or urine test ( other than culture) are used for some STD's and blood tests for others. A urine culture is typically run to rule in or out a urinary tract infection.

i am planning to get herpes test and the 8 pannel test at std express. after 2 months to exposure. do i have to wait for herpes test? to be conclusive

Okay to test: I am not specifically familiar with that test, but a reliable test for prior exposure to herpes should be accurate and reflective of an exposure that might have occurred two months prior.   So, in answer to your question, no you do not have to wait.

Not routine tests: Routine urine testing does not look for stds. However urine can be tested for gonococcal and chlamydia dna which are stds.
