The cyst: See your gynecologist to determine if the cyst is estrogen producing and therefore causing the menstrual issue. If not, menstrual irregularity is extremely common and easily rectified, especially in someone who does not desire fertility.

Ovarian cyst diagnos: Ovarian cysts can be evaluated by pelvic exam, ultrasound, ct scan, or an mri.  Most frequently, an ultrasound is the the commonest diagnostic tool.

No menses: If you do not have bleeding after Progesterone withdrawal, there can be several causes. 1) pregnant and too early to check urine 2) the lining of the endometrium is too thin to get a bleed (called a silent period by some) 3) something blocking the cervix (doubtful because last month regular period). See your doctor.

Yes: Aside from pregnancy and the common cyclical breast enlargement that often occurs near the end of the normal menstrual cycle from increase estrogen and Progesterone production, ovarian cysts can also be associated with similar breast changes. Some medications can do the same as well.

Interstitial Cystitis (IC) is a chronic bladder condition resulting in recurring discomfort or pain in the bladder or surrounding pelvic region. People with IC usually have inflamed or irritated bladder walls which can cause scarring and stiffening of the bladder

Yes: Many women have cysts. It is important to figure out whether there is anything worrisome about the cyst based on its appearance, your age, and the situation. Cysts themselves generally don't affect fertility very much and many of them go away on their own.

No: The only way for an ovarian cyst to do that would be it it was hormonally active and secreting lh hormones. That would be 1 in a million chance or less. So the cyst should not affect that.
