having chest pressure and breathing issues did all test ct scan, sonography, spirometry, blood test 1 month back all normal, i am 27 and active person, because of this i cant concentrate and i can't do my workouts anymo , having increase pulse rate?

: There are 3 reasons which can cause symptoms like you have. First , a low(below 10) hemoglobin , secondly disease of the heart such as congestive heart failure(due to various causes) and lastly diseased lungs.
It seems all these possibilities have been excluded after full testing. Under the circumstances, anxiety due to stress of one kind or another has to be ruled out. A Psychologist may be helpf

history of diverticulitis abscess. now having pain etc again.  isn't this problem usually dx'd by blood test and ct scan?

my d dimer level was .63  is this too high? vq test and ct scan came back normal.  do i have to worry? i stopped smoking after the tests immediately

Good action: D-dimer goes up with very little provocation and it is more useful for excluding clots when it is normal. It is good that you gave up smoking. You do need to follow-up with your doctor to ascertain the cause of your symptoms.

Need cytoscopy: Blood in urine, if found repeatedly, warrants evaluation by a urologist.  A urologist will usually do a test called a cystoscopy, in which the doctor looks directly at the inside of your bladder with a tiny microscope.  If the lining of the bladder is inflammed, then the problem could be hemorrhagic cystitis.  The urologist can also rule out bladder cancer with cystoscopy.

: Your concern needs more details than what can be provided on this forum. Abdominal pain can be the result of dysfunction of skin, nerves, muscles, and organs. (various in the abdomen and pelvis)  and the mind. Tests are used in the setting of a detailed history and physical examination.

or other test like ct scan or mri is good?

Direct vision: The best way to diagnose this problem is direct visualization with a nasopharyngoscope  and take a biopsy of the suspected lesion. The pharynx (throat) is accessible and imaging tests such as a CT orMRI would be useful to determine extension to adjacent structures and if lymph nodes are enlarged. Nasopharyngoscopy is generally performed by an ENT specialist.

my mother -63 yr. intense pain in the lower(below belly button) adominal, comes and goes. has happened within the last 3 weeks. is this of concern? i took her to her pcp. stool test, and ct scan ordered. possible colonoscopy. cancer?

Among others: Cancer is always a possibility and she seems to be scheduled to have the right tests to rule out such pathology. A variety of other diagnoses are possible otherwise and her PCP should be able to comment on what other possible diagnoses will have to be ruled in or out.

Mild and transient: Mild and transient pancreatitis.  It can resolve quickly, m particualrly if mild.  The ct scan was probably obtained to make sure you did not have cancer of that organ, which is a terrible disease.  Be glad that the ct was normal.

my health anxiety over my heart won't diminish can i once and for all ask for a stress test and or ct scan so i can move on?
