YES: however, , the most common "piercing" headaches are temporal or orbital/periorbital.

Theta: is normal on an EEG especially with late hyperventilation or drowsiness. Persistent focal theta (4 cps) activity may be abnormal and could represent the presence of a structural lesion or post ictal slowing but in your situation, the other side slows as well and is likely a normal finding. Delta slowing (4 cups or less) is almost always abnormal if not associated with certain stages of sleep).

Interpretation: Do not know why EEG ordered, or clinically whether you suffer neurological symptoms, so will answer generically.  The focal findings are consistent with irritability over the left side of your brain, and could correlate with epilepsy, prior head injury or other neurological diseases, but could be benign findings which may have been present chronically.  You need to visit with your doctor.

my mother had a brain surgery she had an tumour in right temporal region. ..she is in ventilation for four days when she will be conscious?

Difficult to say.: Return to consciousness is difficult to predict and is based upon the size and extent of the tumor as well as the extent of surgery and any complications or swelling.  Your surgeon is probably in a better place to judge this and to be able to see signs that things are improving.

Need to see physicai: You need t see your physicians. At your age  a severe  new  headache  can be important - it can suggest a internal  medical problem - aneurysm or a bleed.  The ear fluid  could suggest  an internal infection.

Muscle irritability: The MRI and EMG just show nervous system is structurally intact. But muscle irritability won't show up on those. Muscle twitches can be caused by anxiety, hyperactive thyroid, electrolyte problems &amp;medications/drugs. Talk to your doctor. If all these things have been ruled out, then non-addictive, long-acting medication can suppress anxiety and muscle irritability. Xanax (alprazolam) is for short term only.

Migraine?: Unilateral headache with some autonomic features could be migraine, cluster headache, hemicrania continua, intracranial problem like peri seller area, aneurysm etc to mention a few.

Find out cause: Perhaps you have a dental issue such as tempero-mandibular joint problems.  Maybe you have a trigger over the neck, or possible migraines or even a temporal arteritis.  Need to see your doctor and uncover causation, and then treat the problem directly.  Perhaps a dentist can assist.
