Ice pick pain: There is a condition called ice pick keratitis which is a sudden sharp ocular pain. Due to problem in outer cornea . Occurs suddenly and stops quickly. If recurrent should see ophthalmologist.

Ice pick headache: is sometimes called "cluster headache." Where ever the headache is you need to have it diagnosed by your doctor. After that consider biofeedback or clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) for complementary help. Peace and good health.
