See below: Have a comprehensive treatment plan prior to any extractions, if possible plan for bone grafts and implants that preserve bone to try to maintain a  youthful appearance. Speak to your dentist about your individual needs.

I : I am not aware that feeling stressed causes one's teeth to fall out any quicker. However, if the person is suffering from significant depression that can have an impact. Individuals who suffer from major depression may lose the energy and motivation to take care of every day activities of living such as brushing and flossing teeth. With poor dental hygiene, there is a negative impact on the health of the teeth and gums. A person who is severely depressed may stop caring about health or their appearance. They may fail to see that an option like properly fitting dentures could help them to speak, eat and could improve their appearance. On the other hand, dentures can be expensive and may not be affordable for the person. The individual may be concerned about the trauma of a dental procedure especially if they have other medical conditions. If you have a particular person in their 70's in mind, why not ask in a gentle manner to get an idea about what their thoughts are.

what happens if someone in their 20's loses most of their teeth in a car accident? dentures? implants? would they have to be toothless while waiting?

Eventually Implants: Treatment for multiple teeth lost to severe trauma is a multi step process. For most patients once initial healing has occurred a temporary denture would be made. This would be followed by dental implants. While the implants are healing removable dentures would be worn. Once the implants are healed "permanent" porcelain teeth can be attached to the implants.  This process could take several months.

i'm 19 lost tooth #18 #31.#30 has rct tooth 19 requires rct but is too$$. what are the implications if i lose this tooth? my parents cant afford rct again. would i need a denture or will i fracture other teeth due to excess pressure?

Lost Molars: By already missing three molars, you've lost 75% of your posterior chewing capacity. The missing teeth should be replaced, preferable with implants but at least with a removable prosthetic. This will help prevent excess wear on your remaining teeth and help in mastication.

having a serious oral procedure. remove 5 teeth, making bridges and trying to make teeth straight. 5 teeth got removed and i got false teeth now. i had so much pain even with anesthesia 5 times at last visit. im scared. whats gonna happen next?

Unknown: Unfortunately, not sure what is going to happen next. If I interpreted your post correctly, you are currently with a transitional prosthesis. Not sure if you are having a fixed or removable prosthetic fabricated. Please discuss your concerns with your dentist and have your questions answered so that there are no surprises.

Yellowing of teeth: Porcelain fake teeth can develop external stain only that can be polished off. Plastic or composite fake teeth can form extrinsic as well as intrinsic stain and can yellow over time.

Absolutely: Accommodation may have to be made for your false teeth, including possible replacement, but you will find that a qualified orthodontic specialist is adept at managing any challenge.  That's what we're trained for.

Yes: They are called overdentures and will sit over the root tips of your natural teeth.

Not necessarily: You don't have to have dentures. You may want them for appearance and to allow a full range diet. If you are ok with the old grandpa look and enjoy soft foods...Then you can let it ride.

Not always: There is a type of full denture called an overdenture. This fits over roots of teeth that have been left in to maintain the height of bone. Those teeth would need to have root canal therapy. Nowadays, implants tend to make this prosthesis obsolete.
