hello, about a month ago i had one of my side molar teeth extracted and now all my front teeth feel very tight, hurt and move a little.is this normal?

More info needed...: We would need to have more info to make a proper diagnosis, including an examination with radiographs. Why was the tooth extracted? Do you have periodontal disease? Has your bite changed? Maybe the teeth were moving before the ext. See your local dentist for further investigation.

See Your Dentist: When teeth move, they usually move toward the middle of the mouth. The lower front teeth are commonly at the center of the movement and since they are smaller, they tend to get more crowded and out of position. You should see a dentist. Maybe you simply need your teeth cleaned. It may be due to new teeth erupting. You won't know without a thorough exam.

Tight budget: Depends on the budget and the problems.  Good dentistry takes time and small businesses are expensive to run.  Poorly done dentistry will cost u much more in long run.  Best less expensive traditional dentistry is imho done at dental schools.  No corners are cut.

Tightness perhaps: Tightness is one sign. Another is of course sore teeth.  And usually the most notable is if you grind and you are loudly grinding you'll drive whomever is in the room with you out of the room or you wake someone else in a room nearby.  Go to the dentist to see if there are signs of grinding on your teeth.

Need treatment: There are a lot of reason why you should not wait any longer, teeth mobility could be a sign of advanced periodontal ( gum) disease .Healthy teeth are firm, no mobility at all,  you need to see a dental specialist in gum disease to determine if this can be treated and why you are having this problem.

Depends on design: I assume you are referring to removable retainers.  Initially, retainers feel tight and need to be worn consistently, otherwise your teeth may shift. 

If is invisalign-style, there may be slight space between the top edge of the teeth and the inner contacting surface of the retainer - it will still function.  Over time, these may stretch thereby requiring replacement.
See you dentist to evaluate.

Not sure: But it certainly would make sense to return to your orthodontist to evaluate it to be safe.

how come when i floss sometimes it's tight between the teeth and other times it feels easier to floss?

Teeth can move: Your teeth are set in a boney socket and held by periodontal ligaments. The tooth can move a little bit it the socket and this is what you have noticed.  This is not a problem.  Keep on flossing.
