Wake up: Tea tree oil is worthless and often irritating. Throw it away. Try some hydrocortisone.

Keloid from nose rin: You can have your keloid treated by a physician to prevent enlargement.

A bump?: Is this bump red or inflamed?  Is it sore?  Oozing pus or blood?  If so, it might be infected and you would need to remove the earring.  You may want your doctor to take a look at it, regardless.

Pierced tongue: Consider letting your tongue heal naturally by taking the piercing out.  This will be healthier for your tongue and your teeth.

3 months ago, i dapped tea tree oil through a cotton ball on my penis on a bump. i now have a dark patch from it.  will my penis skin return normal? or is this permanent?  should i apply anything on it or let time pass?

Hyper pigmentation: The color will likely return with time.  I would not apply anything else, just observe.
