This is serious: If you are anemic, you have a duty to learn why. At your age, with a new anemia you have cancer until proved otherwise. Demand that your physician explain why you might be anemic and what measures are being undertaken to find the cause. Black tea isn't going to be an important factor one way of the other, and neither will any "pop" advice off the internet. Ur life's on the line; act accordingly.
