Number of Causes: The taste of blood and spitting traces of blood could be due to a number of different causes.  The blood could be from a number of possible problems associated with the esophagus.  A dental problem could also produce the taste and appearance of blood in the saliva.  An evaluation with your primary care MD and dentist would be recommended if this has been an ongoing problem.

Normal: Especially as you getting back in shape. Your right ventricle is pumping hard to help your left, and this pops capillaries in your lung. Be proud you are exercising and lee training.

Very much so: It's possible if a "hearty" blood clot has formed in the anterior(front) part of your nose, no further blood will pass forward.  But some residual ooze of blood may drip backwards or even some old blood clot may "travel" to the back of your mouth.

Taste of blood: You maybe having a posterior nose bleed. You need to have blood pressure checked in light of the headache . You also need to see your primary physician and probably an ENT physician .

Bronchitis: There are a number of reasons that you could still be coughing after two weeks and from all the coughing you may have some bleeding from some small blood vessels that have broken.  Some bacteria can also give a metallic taste and you may now have a secondary bacterial infection causing your cough.  I think it may be time to see your physician to get a better answer and treatment.

: Bleeding inside the throat is exceedingly rare &amp; you wouldn't taste it. It appears you have an upper respiratory tract infection in view of reddened throat&amp; coughing up mucus. I don't think you need antibiotics now unless you're coughing up copious discolored sputum, have fever or respiratory distress. Make sure dental hygiene is ok. If symptoms don't gradually improve, see MD or ENT specialist
