No in general: As a general matter, individuals allergic to Doxycycline are likely also allergic to minocycline.

Healthy Choices: High blood pressure and poor blood sugar control are games of small numbers over time. By that I mean that these are chronic conditions which need to be managed over time. Often the choices we make (what we eat (eg: too much), how much we move (eg: too little) every day add up and the next thing you know we're overweight with high BP and sugar. Your MD can help counsel you, Rx may be needed.

No.: The cause of seborrhea isn't precisely known, but i feel very comfortable in saying that train seats are not even a candidate.

Very iunlikely: However , you have risk of infection with common bacteria . If your immunization with tetanus is not up-to-date , you may need one . Make sure if you see any swelling , pain , tenderness and or fever  see your doc . Chances of HIV is very very unlikely . Good luck.

Yes: It appears that your placenta is appropriate in its location. Hydrate, move around in the train, especially it it is a long ride.

i have had tail bone pain for years now, getting worse. long flight coming up. what should i order for seat?

Take an Air dount: There is a joint in the middle of the pubic bone some time get inflamed. With you and set on, it  will suspend the coccyex and get red of the  pressures  and hopefully relief the pain.

Depends: Everyone heals differently and depending on the type of incision and the closure used on your surgical cut, the scar may take longer to heal and look better.  Some surgical sites may always have a small visible scar.  Vit e creams may help promote healing afterwards and the simple rubbing motion of placing the cream helps in and of itself.  If severe scarring occurs,  plastic surgery can help.

Perhaps, but...: It is very common, especially among african americans where 16% have reported keloids in at least one survey. Keloids have been associated genetically with several hla serotypes (related to the immune system). However, if you have keloids it does not mean your child will have keloids, they just may be at slightly increased risk compared to others.

when coming home i sat in a taxi. after 30 minutes of driving the conductor said i move to front seat so i moved. then i saw red things like blood at window. i didn't touch. also i didn't touch my eyes. am i at risk of getting hiv like this?

Taxi ride: If that was blood the concern is  more "what type of taxi driver" is this and your safety. You did not touch anything  and you do not have an breach of skin so there is no risk of HIV.
