Depends: Everyone heals differently and depending on the type of incision and the closure used on your surgical cut, the scar may take longer to heal and look better. Some surgical sites may always have a small visible scar. Vit e creams may help promote healing afterwards and the simple rubbing motion of placing the cream helps in and of itself. If severe scarring occurs, plastic surgery can help.
