If there is no change reom your usual, the dose should be raised until youget a positive result or until there are noticible difficult side effects.
One dose (strength) does not fit all.

Tricky!: It sounds as if he has been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD and prescribed medicine for treatment?  Your husband maybe noting the good effects for the medicine, better progress at work, less distractibility, ability to complete projects, whereas you are noting a side effect of the ritalin, (methylphenidate)  which has a narrow therapeutic range.   A lower dose may provide the good effects with less side effects.

Together with clonazepam, long-acting benzodiazepine, and tramadol, opiate, per ur "additional patient information", make an unsafe treatment combination. Are those 3 medications prescribed by the same doctor?

Most physicians would recommend not using it in pregnancy, unless there would be clear detriment to the mother off of it.
