Bleeding.: Only theoretical fetal risks exist for the consumption of 81 mg of Aspirin daily periconceptionally and during the pregnancy - namely a small increase in the incidence of fetal gastroschisis. My main concern would be the slightly increased risk of placental abruption and definite increased risk of any bleeding because of platelet inhibition. Aspirin may prevent fetal growth restriction and pree.

Heparins, etc: Unfractionated Heparin (UFH) can be given IV or sq (as prophylaxis) and was used historically and is used now especially if want to turn on/off and be able to reverse it (w/ protamine). Enoxaparin (lovenox) is a low molecular weight Heparin (lmwh) that can be given subcutaneously (sq) for prophylaxis or treatment. Aspirin is used more to prevent arterial (mi, tia, stroke) not venous clots.

Heparin: Plain Heparin and Lovenox (enoxaparin) (lmw heparin) can both cause easy bruising and bleeding, even hemorrhage, decrease in normal platelet numbers, bone thinning - scary stuff - but usually are very safe. The trick is never to use them without a clear benefit to outweigh the risks, and always monitored under a specialist care.

Probably normal: The cervix is very easy to bleed during pregnancy so any bleeding may collect in the vagina and over time turn brown. Signs of miscarriage include bright red vaginal bleeding accompanied by rhythmic cramping similar to labor pains.

had mc earlier this year now 6 wks pregnant taking hormone suppositories twice daily &baby aspirin daily. is it safe for me to have amniocentesis?

"Two"  soon: It is too soon to do amniocentesis and would risk miscarriage and defeat the progesterone suppositories use to retain the pregnancy. If you still have concerns, talk to your OB MD about chorionic villus sampling later in the first trimester if there is a medical or genetic reason for determining the use of the procedure.

Aspirin: Aspirin should not alter the menstrual cycle. Aspirin is sometimes used for certain fertility problems like antiphospholipid antibody syndrome but that should only be after proper testing and under your doctors guidance.

Yes, but............: It is generally safe but a positive ANA is not a reason to take it. Unless you have positive anticardiolipin antibodies or a positive lupus anticoagulant, the risks outweigh any benefits.

Yes: A baby aspirin, 81mg, will likely not harm your pregnancy and could possibly help.  It seems that you need additional information other than solely positive for ana.  Make sure to get that additional testing from your doctor.  I wouldn't take the Aspirin based on my advice, though, you need to be under a doctor's care who knows your background and can appropriately treat you.
