i've had a bladder infection for almost two weeks now and im taking antibiotics twice a day can this harm my kidneys in any way?

Weird: I am not quite sure if you are taking antibiotics for 2 weeks, usually for uncomplicated UTI the regimen is 3 days, unless you have pyelonephritis, then 7 days; but in any case, the most commonly used antibiotics ideally should not cause any kidney problems.

Antibiotics: I guess my question is why?   Was the first one ineffective?  If so - if then no - if the symptoms returned - ie partially treated infection - if its a second round of the first antibiotic - thats not good.  But if its being done because the cultures show that the first antibiotic wasn't effective or clinically it wasn't effective  there should be no harm  - you might have GI upset though.

is it allowed to resume the previous antibiotic when my tonsillitis  returned after two months? my antibiotic is levoflox 500mg once a day.

I would not: I would not try it as it may indicate failure if tonsillitis returned despite treatment. Although, i may not be aware of all the details of your problem, but Levofloxacin doesn't seem to be the first choice antibiotic for tonsillitis in most cases. Again, your physician may have had compelling unknown reasons why he prescribed it in the first place, but i would move with another one.

i was bitten by a dog(i can see a pin hole sized puncture,got healed within a day),two days after that i feel pain surrounding it.is antibiotic enough?

No. Needs evaluation: With a dog bite, or any other animal bite for that matter, there are some important considerations. This is especially true if it's a small puncture hole (like from a cat bite) which can 'close off' because of the elastic nature of the tissues. I recommend to see a doc. You need to be checked for a) infection b) tetanus risk c) rabies risk in some circumstances. There's also the Q of injury extent

Cone bx ?'s: A cone biopsy can be extensive enough to sever blood vessels which will continue bleeding.  Ask your gyn surgeon who performed the biopsy about cautery with a cryo device or hot cautery which should stop the continued bleeding.  You may require additional sutures to stem this kind of bleeding.  Not sure why antibiotics are used from the information provided.

can a a adult that weighs 60 pounds take adult dosage antibiotics? ive been prescribed two 500 mg amoxicillin twice a day so 2000 mg a day. less than that has made me feel nauseated but of course i will follow?

: The current recommended dosing of amoxicillin for children is 90 mg per kilogram per day divided into two or three doses. 60 lbs. is 27.3 kg times 90 equals 2,455 mg so your dose is appropriate. It may help to have some food in your stomach before taking it or ask your doctor if you could have a small dose of Zofran or other anti-nausea medicine to take with the amoxicillin. will taking antibiotic clindamycin 300mg two pills, three times a day, for ten days make my oral birth control less effective?

This drug does...: The clindamycin does not interfere with BCP contraception, but is a teratogen. Tetracyclines should be avoided on BCPs!

: Not all acne is the same. If you are not seeing a dermatologist I recommend you do so. Knowing the exact problem you have will help get you the best treatment. If you are then finding the best treatment will be trial and error process. Keep at it. Keep a diary of everything you eat and drink and put on you acne to see if there are any triggers and to document what works and does not
