Slow change to am: The best way to change is to make the time that you take the medicine a little earlier each day. For example you can start by taking it at 8pm instead of bedtime for 2 days then 4pm for 2 days, then noon for 2 days then 8am etc until the desired time is reached.

i didn't take my night dose of zoloft (sertraline) & strattera! what can happen?i already didn't see benefit on meds.will this missed dose affect its effectivity?

Probably not: One missed dose of either of these is typically not a problem. However, for zoloft (sertraline) to work, it needs to be taken daily in order to reach a certain level and stay there so set an alarm on ur phone if u have one to remind u. If u haven't seen a benefit yet, u may not have been on the meds long enough yet or u may need an increased dosage. Let ur prescriber know what's going on.

Do not increase med: You should never increase any medication without consulting the prescribing physician.  Strattera (atomoxetine) can be gradually increased in a child or adult to help with adhd symptoms as long as the individual is tolerating the strattera (atomoxetine).  However the highest recommended dosage is 100mg.

IT MAY BE SAFE: The dise is depdendant on body weight, so id a kid or teenager weighs 60 kgm it will be 1.5 mgm per kgm dose and some may tolerate
but it is better to start smaller dose like 0.5 to 1 mgm per kgm and titrate up depending on efficasy and side effects, to reach the therapeutic dose which can be as high as 2mgm/kgm.
