Can't be sure.: In order to answer this question I would need to know your symptoms.  Clearly diabetes is not responsible.  Seems like your doc has probably ruled out a lot of other things as well.  You should probably continue your conversation with them regarding your concerns.

: Take the test every morning before breakfast. This will give you an average result over time. Eating a late dinner, reading will be higher than eating an early dinner. In a prior question you asked why you had frequent nocturnal urination, yet stated you were not diabetic. High sugar levels and a1c may be the reason for your need to urinate throughout the night.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, elevated B12 may be an indication of chronic inflammation, though B12 by itself is harmless.    Wish you good health!
