Probably: Always take this type of medicine (NSAID) with food as long term use has been associated with ulcers.  
Also find a good hands-on osteopath who can treat this with hands-n treatment.  I prefer ones from the Cranial Academy because they have even more training so you can get some treatment.  Otherwise you may pain off and on for years, with compensatory mechanics that cam also cause trouble.

Unlikely!: Unfortunately the tumor being treated can. But this is also unlikely.  I suspect your coccyx is sore for an unrelated reason.  I have many patients with coccydynia, and most have varied causes.  Have it treated by a pain specialist or rheumatologist who deals with the problem!

Yes: While the rectal portion  of the colon can enlarge a lot, if it were packed with hardened stool in severe constipation, this mass can cause pressure in surrounding tissues and nerves.

Pain: Tailbone pain can be caused by a number of factors including inflammation, fracture, injury, and tumor. The combination with stomach pressure may also be caused by a number of these things. It may suggest something systemic or something local that is causing pressure in some way. I would not hesitate to see your doctor as soon as possible to discuss your symptoms.

Not usually: The ovaries are closer to you groin and not likely to refer pain to the tail bone. There are exceptions such as metastatic disease that directly effects the tail bone or causes irritation to the nerves that lead to the tailbone.

Most plausible cause: of your symptoms seems to be irritation of a nerve in your Lumbar spine, either from a disc herniation, arthritis, disc-facet joint complex, or some other space occupying lesion.
Check with an orthopod and be examined and investigated, so treatment could be started.
