Not usually: The ovaries are closer to you groin and not likely to refer pain to the tail bone. There are exceptions such as metastatic disease that directly effects the tail bone or causes irritation to the nerves that lead to the tailbone.

The tail remnant is: Called the coccyx. Pain in that area is usually from falling on your bum.  There are pilonidal cycsts than can become infected. Ovarian cancer does not commonly cause bony metastasis, and a pain in this region would not be a presenting sign.

Very unlikely, but -: Possible if the cancer has spread locally to the coccyx.
Check wit your gyneacologist. Bone scans and ct/mris would all help to determine that.

Very unlikely: Ovarian cancer is unlikely in person of less than 30 years of age..
If your symptoms persist, you should seek medical advice and get an examination by your doctor.
Your serum Testosterone level has no relation to your symptoms and it doe snot mean much...why was it even checked? Tell us the full story.

The typical ovaian cancer is stage 3 at diagnosis and patient have fluid colelction in the belly causing swelling of the abdomen and digestive disturbances like bloating/ pain in the abdomen or constipat.

Unfortunately, poor: Unfortunately, the survival rates for ovarian cancer remain poor, despite advances in treatment. The overall survival at 5 years is 46%. However, survival varies greatly depending on the stage at diagnosis. Those diagnosed at stage I have a 5 year survival rate of around 80%, stage ii is around 55%, stage iii is around 30%, and stage IV is around 10%.
