: Anal fissure is usually painful. To differentiate place a tampon in the vagina. If still blood in stool then it is from anus or rectum. If not check tampon to give you answer

No connection: Unless the injury hits to bowels(area above the groins) there is no good reason to relate that hit or injury to the blood in your stools. I would advise that you go see your doctor especially if your bleeding persists.

Not enough information, other than to say run do not walk to the nearest specialist, either GI or colo-rectal surgery for at horough evaluation.

BRBPR: This may just be hemorrhoids from straining but bleeding from rectum (brbpr) may also indicate anal fissures, proctitis (due to infection, inflammatory bowel disease, radiation therapy, stercoral ulcers, rectal prolapse, trauma, etc.) or a bleeding source further upstream. Depending on your age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, nsaids, anticoagulants can cause bleeding), see your doctor.

Requires a rectal : exam and abdominal exam. Not all rectal bleeding is from hemorrhoids.Have stool tested for blood and parasites.

Possible nsaid: Dark blood suggests that if this does represent true bleeding it is coming from higher up in the colon then the ano-rectal region.  
Nsaid such as aspirin, motrin, etc. Can cause minor bleeding problems especially if taken in large doeses for several days.  Hemangiomas of the bowel can be the causative factor initiating the problem.

Hemorrhoids: If you are otherwise young and healthy, this is most likely local blood you are seeing. I would expect that it is bright red blood, and not maroon or black (digested) blood from higher up. It can be quite shocking to see this, but can be caused by simple things such as low-fiber diet and exertion. Start with preparation h cream & suppositories. See your fp if it doesn't resolve in 2 days.

Blood : Blood in the stool warrants a medical investigation. Possible causes include hemorrhoids, diverticuli (small pouches that project from the colon), colitis (inflammation of the colon), polyps(benign growths), angiodysplasia(abnormal blood vessels), cancer, and ulcers. 
You will need to visit your doctor for a complete work up and treatment. Also anemia needs to be ruled out.
