Referral pain : Muscle and bone will,refer pain like he is having. There are techniques which may benefit him. See a pain doc in your area to,discuss vertebra pasty or kyphoplasty to stabilize the fracture

Further studies: X-ray findings of a vertebral fracture don't usually change much , even years after a fracture has healed.  Although everyone is different,  5 months after a vertebral fracture you "should" be fairly well recovered".  You may want to ask for an MRI looking for other components to your injury that may explain your continued pain, such as a herniated disc.

Fracture: Very uncommon at your age but depends on your growth. Even more uncommon are vertebral fractures that occur during pregnancy or shortly after. Regrettably you also need to make sure the technician and the doctor who report the data have been properly trained. Fewer than 25% of techs and even fewer docs have been properly ttrained. Sad but true.

Compression fracture: Compression fractures take 2 to 3 months to fully heal, and because you have 3 of them, I would expect some degree of discomfort for several more weeks. Notify the physiotherapist if any of the treatments cause significant pain either during or after the therapy.

I : I would expect your t10 fracture to be healed after 5 to 6 years, but it is common to have back pain after any injury.   Intermittent chest pain, headache and jaw pain are unusual and i would recommend workup by your primary care doctor.  If your workup is negative for other problems you may benefit from physical therapy.

NO.,No.,n.O.,no.: Without going into the myriad of reasons why a tri malleolar might not heal after 16 months, the answer is: no it is not normal. At minimum there should be some signs of healing. I suggest that a new set of eyes to offer a professional opinion.

Depends on the: fracture.  IF it needs surgery it will take anywhere from 8-12 weeks.  If it is a simple non-dispalced fibula fracture at the distal ankle you may be back as early as 6-8 weeks.  fractures in general take 8 weeks to heal.

Broken / Fractures: do heal by themselves BUT you need to make sure that they are in place to heal properly.  If out of alignment you will have problems.  Please see a doctor.  Do not let them heal w/out seeing a doctor.  Peace and good health.
