No DifferentBacteria: Staphylococcus aureus frequently present  human skin & respiratory passages, especially nose. Control of this bacteria, as with all, is a function of the immune system. Sa is most commonly a commensal bacteria, but that reality is not good for marketing fear. Dietary choices, activities, emotions & any internal control affecting immune function can change. Mrsa merely means multiple resistant abs.

It's Possible: If you have granulomas, then these are "walled off" nodules of the mycobacteria.  This is your immune system keeping the infection in check. Your medications also assist with this, but a compromised immune system can lead to activation of the infection again. As long as you stay healthy, the risk is significantly lower. If you are concerned, discuss this with the dr that prescribed you the meds.

Somatic anxiety: People can become quite anxious or preoccupied with symptoms and complaints - to a degree it interferes with functioning and quality of life.  It is always important to rule out real medical disorders first. See a doctor: If you are having regular nocturnal fevers and these are documented you need a full clinical evaluation.  Tuberculosis can cause this, but so can many other illnesses.  Please get seen.

Silent disease: You can be infected with TB without having symptoms.   Tb can also be inactive for long periods of time, however, having a positive xray suggests you have active disease.  This website ay be helpful:

NO: You are just asymptomatic. If you sputum is positive you need to be on active therapy.

Biopsy: When a biopsy done the tissue is looked at under a microscope.

This is done to tell if the cells are cancer....Sometimes just looking you cannot tell.

my friend has got t.b 1yr back. nw she is okay after completing her full course of medicine. bt she still have cough problem.what is the reason for it?

There are many...: ....Many reasons for cough, including colds, flu, asthma, and many others.  However, the number one concern is that the TB isn't really gone.  She needs to be evaluated by her doctor to make sure she doesn't have active tuberculosis.  Then, after that, other reasons for cough can be explored and other treatments tried.
