tested positive for syphilis & got one penicillin injection july 1, 14 days now most signs are gone. still some tongue discolor. how long to be normal?

Syphilis: I know I am the second to respond to this. But, My concern is that a discoloration of the tongue could be other things.  Your physician will, at this point, know your syphilis antibodies count and will know if they need to retreat you or just follow with a repeat test in three months. But, if the tongue issue does not resolve you may want your dentist to take a look as well.

Syphilis: Secondary and tertiary syphilis causes many symptoms but generally the appearance of urine Isn't grossly abnormal. Have a urinalysis with a microscopic analysis if you have any concerns about the appearance of your urine and discuss all your concerns with your physician.

Swollen papillae: The most common cause of tongue bumps are swollen papillae--the normal bumps that give your tongue a rough texture enabling eating, taste and temperature sensing. They may get irritated and slightly swollen related to stress or particular foods. Chronic irritation can cause of fibroma, or other benign cysts or even cancer may develop. Infections include HPV and syphilis, but not that fast. See doc

i have painless two red lump on my tongue, near molar. i gave cunnilingus 2 days ago without protection. is there any chance it might be syphilis?...

Yes: Not impossible.  I'd see a doctor and get it checked out.  Syphilis is sort of rare but is still around.  The good news is that it is easy to test for and very easy to kill when it is caught early.

but it also may be nothing at all.. maybe you bit your tongue or something.

if you have a syphilis chancer on tongue could you develop another one somewhere else if you ie licked fingers?

Auto-inoculation?: Transfer of infection to a new area of the body is called auto-inoculation. It is very rare with syphilis, but might happen once in a while. Chancre of the mouth is uncommon and probably your tongue ulcer (or whatever you have noticed) isn't syphilis. But if you've possibly been at risk, don't take chances:  see a doctor and get tested. Autoimmune disease makes no difference one way or the other.

No.: Those are not typical early symptoms. But if you have had risky sex, you need to make sure you don't have either one, or other std's, too.  Don't wait for symptoms, often there may be none until the infection is advanced. Practice safe sex from now on!

Not typical : Those are not typical symptoms one associates with syphilis. Syphilis and HIV testing can be done with a simple blood test at any doctor's office or public health clinic. White coating on the tongue is common in smokers and can be removed with a tooth brush or dental floss.

i have a quick question. i currently have an ulcer like sore under my tongue right now. there is also another little ulcer on my gums. however i am worried it may be syphilis. i did get tested four weeks ago and was negative. should i be worried?

i had a bump on my penis and pus came out. its been a few days and it scabbed over but while washing the scab came off and now its a flat light colored spot. im worried about syphilis but its not wet like the pictures on the web its dry. help?

: Syphilis doesn't behave like this, and other STDs also are unlikely based on these symptoms. Probably it was a pimple or small infected cyst. However, if you are sexually active and possibly at risk for STDs, of course you should see a doctor or clinic and have standard STD testing. Good luck.

Get tested: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful answer without examining you and doing some tests. Some of the tests may need to be repeated later. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation and get tested.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
