Syphilis: Secondary and tertiary syphilis causes many symptoms but generally the appearance of urine Isn't grossly abnormal. Have a urinalysis with a microscopic analysis if you have any concerns about the appearance of your urine and discuss all your concerns with your physician.

i had a bump on my penis and pus came out. its been a few days and it scabbed over but while washing the scab came off and now its a flat light colored spot. im worried about syphilis but its not wet like the pictures on the web its dry. help?

: Syphilis doesn't behave like this, and other STDs also are unlikely based on these symptoms. Probably it was a pimple or small infected cyst. However, if you are sexually active and possibly at risk for STDs, of course you should see a doctor or clinic and have standard STD testing. Good luck.

No risk: Assuming your partner's syphilis was treated with penicillin in the recommended dose, he was non-infectious within 24 hours of getting the shot and you are no longer at risk. If he received some other kind of treatment, double check with his doctor or yours. Good luck!

Very low risk: Syphilis is rarely transmitted by kissing and probably never by hand-genital contact, fingering, etc. Virtually all syphilis is from vaginal, anal or oral sex. And "open lesions" of the penis aren't likely due to syphilis, and if your partner isn't gay or bi, it is unlikely he had syphilis. Multiple open lesions of penis is of concern for herpes -- also low risk, but more so than syphilis.

???????: Second stage syphilis has lesions palms ; soles, also other symptoms. Latent syphilis is latent, meaning no symptoms. A blood test will reveal syphilis. Is the patient aged 4 ? Probably a virus. Possibly pustular dermatitis  or psoriasis. If any suspician of syphilis be sure to get the blood test.

Palm/Sole Lesions: Unlikely, but consider rocky mountain spotted fever. It says you are on Doxycycline so they are still treating for lyme even though test was negative. What if this is simply urticaria (hives) and angioedema? Maybe you should see an infectious disease specialist if you have traveled anywhere or an allergist for the urticaria/angioedema labs (anti-thyroid antibody evaluation).

: Two infections not prevented by a condom are HPV and HSV. These can be transmitted even when there are no visible lesions. 
The infections you mentioned are not likely. Condom also will not protect against ectoparasites like lice and scabies.
If you have any concerns, see your doctor and get tested.
Take HPV vaccine.

Condoms & abstinence: Syphilis is transmitted sexually via skin to skin contact with an infected painless ulceration called a chancre. Condoms are effective in decreasing the risk of transmission. If you are not having sex you are not at risk at all.
