You can kill germ: The syphillis germ can be killed with antibiotics. Tissue that has been scarred or distroyed by the germ before it was detected may or may not recover from the injury.

Peniccilin: Good old fashioned penicillin is still the standard first line treatment for syphilis. For people with an allergy to penicillin there are other antibiotics available. Syphilis is a treatable std. Get tested.
