Body rejecting IUD: The IUD may have recently been placed and improperly and may be exuded by the uterus. There is also a risk of infection, bleeding and pain. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. This infection may spread to other areas of your body.

Maybe: You could also consider using a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud which has the side effect of light to no periods. If you are done having children consider essure.

Several effects: Copper deficiency can cause a number of problems such as neurologic (nerve) problems, anemia (low red blood cell count), confusion, fragile hair, weakness, osteoporosis (thin bones that fracture easily).  These effects can be prevented by taking a copper supplement and restoring normal copper balance.

Blood abnormalities: First how do you know you have too much copper and iron in your blood.  We need the rest of the lab reports to properly interpret these values and to be able to answer the question.  I would not try anything you find online or otc without speaking to a doctor.

You may have: A variant of wilson's disease. Ask the doc this question. If he/she has ruled it out, it is possible that it is due to deficiency of zinc. This deficiency drives copper levels up while copper deficiency drives zinc levels up.

i took too much zinc picolinate during some months and now i have excess zinc what can i do to evacuate it ? copper helps but it takes too long

Consider homeopathy: Zinc toxicity is uncommon but can occur with doses of 100 mg/day or more taken over time, esp. If not balanced with copper in a 10-15:1 ratio. By simply stopping it the body will eliminate it but it has a half life of 280 days so this takes time. Many of the symptoms are due to copper deficiency so copper helps. I found no other mainstream treatments but homeopathic zinc may help- see comment:.

Wilson's Disease: your ceruloplasmin level is very suggestive of Wilson's Disease. do you also have Kayser-fleisher rings. You should be under the care of a neurologist

Abdominal pain: Ouch. Assuming it made it to his stomach, you'd worry about an end perforating his stomach or intestine--which could make him very sick. Most things pass without problems, but an x-ray would tell you if you need to watch them very closely.

Bleeding: It should be OK to give things another two weeks to see if bleeding resolves. If not I would recommend getting checked.

Infection?: Pain and blood with intercourse isn't normal with an IUD in place.  It would be a good idea to see your doctor to make sure you don't have an infection or a problem with the IUD.  Best wishes!
